Does anybody know if this firewire interface works with CEP 2.0...i have CEP 2.0 and want to buy a interface that will fit around in rather then a new program...

It'll work as long as it's selected by the computer as its sound device and you have configured CEP to accept it (Options/Device Order; there are separate tabs for In ("recording") and Out ("play"). Make sure you tick "Use in EV" or you'll forever wonder why you can't hear playback in Edit View.
