Hi,
I see a few threads were going somewhere with the mods, I wonder if any central "mod pages" exist?
I have a noisy 2nd hand m-208 which i am keen to rejuvenate so any opamp/cap/power supply issues would be most welcome to hear about. I'm going to be using it more or less exclusively as a line level mixer. I'm keen to use the best parts available (within reason!) so i wouldnt really need to mod the the mic pre's so as to give the mix and group/aux bus more juice for any power hungry more recent HI FI opamps. I think most of the opamps are dual 4560 type's, maybe one kind of opamp would be better for the mix buss, or a different one for the aux or groups (EFX and FBK). Will my mixer blow up?
Any help would be appreciated, including anyone who has a PDF of the manual. Musicparts dont seem to be updating their w/s after i emailed them- guess old tascam mixer stuff isnt high on their list..
