dgatwood can **** himself
hey all,
I have been using a M-Audio Mobile Pre USB for a while now and am ready to upgrade to a FW interface with more I/O and better features.
My main interest is the MOTU UltraLite because:
Its Smaller
Offers alot of I/O
Its the right price
Damn, it just looks cool! HA!
My main question is this:
ANyone use it?
Like it?
AM I ok with it as the MOTU Site says you should have a 1394 port with a Texas instruments chipset>
I do: Texas Instruments OHCI Compliant IEEE 1394 Host Controller.
But the port says i.Link....... Thats my FW port right, it looks like a 4 pin FW port(I know I would have to use the DC power with it)....
Anything I'm missing?
My Laptop is a Toshiba Satilite with a 1.60ghz Centrino Core Duo Processor with a Partitioned 100GB internal drive and 1gig of Memory.
I'm running Sonar 5 PE and Windows XP Pro.
Any info is great!
