Looking for soundcard advice: External, Stereo in/out, 24/96

Insane Genious!
I've been grokking around everywhere to find recommendations, but I can't find many on the things that I'm looking for.

I want a 24/96 sound card. Stereo only, pliis. And I'd be happy if it is external, because my computer seems to have a lot of EMF issues on the inside.

Recommendations?
 
Oops. Forgot that. Well, I think $200 is the absolute maximum for something that should be completely trivial.

I already have 27 channels if mic preamps. Don't need any more. ;)
