In Cubase, if I set the midi output to my SBlive, everything plays must fine. However, if I set it to LM-4 or even LM-9 for that matter, the note assignments don't match! So I lose the snare and other various "hits". The midi files I'm using play fine in any other midi player or synth. ????? The file is a type 0 if that matters. Created in Sonar 2.0XL. Is a GM file not always a GM file?
