Live session in the house

Hey guys, i recently started a new Youtube project which involves me doing a live session with a grand piano in this rather spacious lobby area.
Is there any way for me to reduce the room noise? How should i set up my mic for this?

hm.. as in use some dynamics? or small diaphragm condensers?

I thought it sounded good, if you mean by room noise the live room sound, why not get some gobos and place them around. If you mean outside noise that's a different story.
