Sounds like de authentic mu-sic, mon.
tis da raggae.
I'll bet the bartentenders loved it. Very hypnotic.
Bands sound very tight. Don't really care for the lead vocal. Sounds like Sean Connery doing Jamacan, mon. And every once in a while, his accent slips.
The thing about raggae, if i'm stoned, I could listen all night. But as a club owner, I don't know if it's gonna hold a drinkin crowd.
Any band, raggae or not, knows to keep a crowd, you gotta play what they wanna hear. It works great if what they wanna hear is what you play, but that ain't always the case. I'd like to hear this band cover a 'pop' song in raggae. That would tell me more about thier professional possibilites than 3 sets or orginal raggae noodling.
