line 6 spider iv 15w went silent

I have a problem with my line 6 and not really sure what's going on, it worked great untik recently it first lost volune and effects boost i switched channels and it corrected itself but the i switched to tuner then it lost all sound and won't tune or exit tuner mode
Any suggestion would be appreciated

Did you try a factory reset? Hold the Clean button in while turning on the amp. The 15 is not servicable - if they fail, you toss them.
