Hi,
When launching Cubase AI5, my MacBook audio settings (playback) is being switched back from 24 bits to 16 bits. Then I have to set it back to 24 bits manually.:
The reason why I want to use 24 bits is because 16 bits create some background digital noise after playing notes on my midi keyboard. The noise lasts for about 3 seconds after playing the last note. It does the same when playing back a recorded midi track. Changing buffer size only changes the frequency of that noise.
I downloaded Cubase Element 6 trial and it does the same thing.
It seems I have this noise issue since I installed Cubase. Did Cubase mess up my audio drivers?
Anybody has the same issue?
Another thing, I must unplug and plug back my USB midi keyboard every time I launch any Daws otherwise there is a 2 seconds latency. Any idea how to solve this issue?
Thanks
