I'm using Cubase VST32 - 5 with a Sound Blaster Live! Platinum.
There's a lot of latency (about 700ms) when I try to record a track listening to it and to the others already recorded.
The only way I've found to overtake the obstacle, has been the one to record the track MUTEing the track I'm going to record and, therefore, listening just the input signal but not the one effectively recorded.
I tried using the "ASIO DirectX Full Duplex", but met various problems.
Have you got some information about evental new drivers or solutions?
