Latency in Cubase 5

I am wondering whether anyone else is suffering with latency when recording audio?

when i am recording audio there is about a 1 sec delay on hearing it ?

but when i play it back it is spot on !!!

Is there any settings that i need to change ?


it is really annoying

when i am playing something in you can here this delay and it is cocking my timing up !!!

be sure that you don´t delete any file from audio pool until you finish the session... It causes troubles.
