Large Diaphragm Condenser

There's gonna be a lot of opinions on this but from anyones experience, if you were going to purchase an all purpose large diaphragm condenser under $250, what would it be? Thanks alot.
 
CAD M177 or M179
Audio Technica AT3035
Studio Projects B1

These are probably the mics considered to be the best workhorses for little money. They are not necessarily the best on vocals, but will get pretty good results on just about anything you put them on.
 
Studio Projects C1 might be a little better on vox, or an ADK or an AT 4040
Phil's recommendation of the CAD M179 is a good one too
