Korg sp250 digital piano NO SOUND

I used the line out of my piano to hook up to my interface,
after I was done with it and took out the cable along with my headphones, the internal speakers no longer made a sound. I only get sound when I put in headphones, but the speakers just dont work anymore. I've had this piano for 2 months now, and it was the first time i used the line out. I hope this is not a malfunctioning product, does anyone know why there is no sound from the damn internal speakers. even with The cable and headphones unplugged.

I'd suggest turning on Midi Local

(3) Make sure that the MIDI Local function is not set on OFF. If it is, set it to ON (or turn the instrument off and then on again).

If that's not the issue and volume knob is turned up, could require service.
