Kjaerhus Audio Gold Series Plugins

I've used the classic plugins and find that they are decent. Has anyone ever used the gold series and if so is it an quality upgrade from the classic bundle.
 
Do you need more than the classic series? For freebies, they actually do quite well if you get them set right! ;)
 
No, I have other plugins like T-Racks. I was just wondering how the Gold series compared to something like the Waves suite.
