I've never posted anything in the songwriting portion of the real estate here, so I thought i'd throw up some lyrics I wrote today. Just getting opinions...thanks guys!
So you say, it all came as a surprise,
and I can watch as the tears fill your eyes.
But your ways of dealing with pain are way too vague,
and you sink yourself into a self-created fake.
I look at you, but I don't think that I know,
who's really behind those eyes I see aglow,
you don't understand the world you're living in,
