If you like the way your mixes translate on them and you're happy with them overall, what does it matter?
Listen with your ears, not someone else's opinion......
If there's something you don't like about them, tell us what it is and we can suggest alternatives.

Just wanted to know how they stack up against some of the newer, popular monitors. I've had them for years and I guess I like them okay. Like any other monitoring situation, The bass mix is not going to translate the same to other systems I play my mixes on, but I have a pretty good idea of how to get around that because I've had them for so long. The newer consumer combo or boombox typpe stereo systems don't seem to justice to any mixes. Is this because they all have preset EQ's?
