Jazz tune - anyone know jazz?

Here's a mix I made of some recordings that my friend's band did. My friend plays bass and was hoping that I could mix a cd for him. I'm just interested in what ya'll think of my first pass at this one. I think it floats, but there are subtelties to work on.

The "levels" sound okay - For some reason, the Hi-Fi version is only 22.050kHz - Not nearly the sound quality it would take to reasonably assess the audio situation...

Can you post a 44.1kHz at maybe 160kbps?

And I'm sure someone is going to mention posting in the MP3 clinic...

Sounds great! Cymbals are crisp and bass stands out well. I like.

I'm no expert but the bass sounds a tad fuzzy and in my opinion is placed too forward/aggressive. Should perhaps be a bit more supporting rather than leading?

Nice take on the strayhorn.
