Most great songs start with a great melody. Then music and beats are added later.
I have decided to make a CD jack backwards and it is turning out pretty nice if I say so myself. I am experimenting with new styles, so some of you just won't like it.
I start with the drum beat, then add guitars and vox dead last. I listen to common folks and what they listen to in a song. BEAT & SINGERS in that order. Only guitarists care about solos. Everyone else would rather just skip it.
