a file you deleted in Soundforge studio 6?

I recorded a file but deleted before saving about 2 minutes ago and was wondering if there was anyway of retriving it
 
Look in the Recycle Bin. If it's still there, you can restore it. If not, say "bye bye".
 
Try looking in the preferences and see where your temp folder is located, Then you may be able to find it in the temp folder. There is a temp file made when you record and that is used until you save as a different name in different location. That may work if it doesnt then like the others said your SOL.
