To quickly review threads on which you've posted without searching the title in the search bar?
Somtimes I forget the location of something I've commented on...
 
you can go to your profile and click on "Find all posts" in the corner. And it will show up with all your posts in threads.
 
I just enable the subscription to thread button (or whatever it is) so each thread i've commented on shows up in my settings whenever the thread receives activity.
 
I just keep each of my threads open in it's own browser tab that way they're all readily available when I need them. :guitar::D
