My brother and I did this song a long time ago and I've been playing around with it to see what I could get out of it.
 
The mix sounds big wide and spacious. The vocals sound kind of small, dry and boxy to me. The two don't fit together. I don't really care for the auto-tune, and that may be part of what's making it sound wonky to me. This is a great song, but the vocals need to be bigger IMO.
 
I think the basic sounds are OK.

The vocals sound like they're in a different spot from the instruments. the instruments have huge reverbs and the vocals don't. Doesn't sound like you need Autotune. As an effect I thought you used it a little too often.
 
Tough call - the auto tune is an interesting effect, I vote yes to using it throughout. (God I can`believe I`m saying that :d ) but it does have impact. The reverb mismatch I also think needs attention... Good tune, pretty close to doen IMHO..
