Insulation to Use in Rear Wall Abosorber and Slat Resonator

I read some specs that recommended rigid fiberglass insulation for front and rear wall absorbers. I just built a staggered stud wall to seperate my control room from my live room, and over-estimated the amount of rockwool needed for the wall.

To my question: Will rockwool (3" thickness) work well in rear wall absorbers and slat resonators?

Yes ram3 - you can use the rockwool for both apps. It's worth collecting all the offcuts as you go for putting in the slot cavities.
