Normally i create my own instrumentals an edit using protools but i recently heard an mp3 of an instrumental that was insane, but i dont want the mix to sound like im just rappin over a beat, so does anyone do anything to fix this, on protools like EQ so the midrange is cut out for room for the vocal or anything ive heard things like that. if so give specific directions on what all is done, thanks
