I'm trying to use my Technics PR-702 keyboard to drive a really sweet-sounding Pro Tools plug-in called DB-33. I've got the keyboard plugged into my computer via the M-Audio interface linked below, and everything's working except that the synth keyboard isn't consistent about taking commands from the real one. Sometimes virtual keys get stuck in the play position; other times the virtual note doesn't sound the first time I play it but does the next; still other times one or two notes of a chord are missing.
It seems to me that a MIDI connection would either work or it wouldn't, so I'm confused about what's causing it to work but to work poorly.
Anyone have any ideas?
