You might want to try encoding it at 128 kbps or higher - sounds pretty grainy and muffled at 56.

Other than that, I think your friend did a pretty good job. I could do without the bass solo, but thats just me. I like the way you've layered the different parts too. The keys sound great.

Sounds great. Would sound better at a higher bitrate. Very tight band!

although...at this bitrate, it sounds decent too. Nice, clean recording, and the instruments each have a good tone, something that lacks in a lot of home recordings, but not so in this tune. When the instruments sound right in the beginning...sticking a mic in front is the easy part. Nice organ sound too...and snare....and gtr...and bass.....
