I'm getting no vocals from my krk kns6400

Hello everyone! I'm new at these music production world. I got myself some studio headphones the KRK 6400 and I got truly scared when I first tried them because they sounded awful, right now I'm listening to a song and I'm happy that I can listen perfectly to everything but the vocals, it's like I'm listening to a karaoke but I'm not, I can barely hear the vocals in the background, can I get some help please?

I use a Focusrite Scarlette Solo as an audio interface, that's where I plug in my headphones.
 
Im having the SAME problem!

Just bought them and when I first plugged them in to my laptop to test a track on Logic, they sound awful. Percussion and vocals are all washed in the background. wtf is going on?
