I would LOVE your feedback on this heart wrencher...

Really nice sounding acoustic guitar. And great mix overall. The vocals are kind of weird though because you can hear him swallow right before he sings on multiple occasions. haha.
 
thanks - yeah, i heard the swallowing too. the problem is that there is a bit of bleed from the guitar in the vocal mic (it was recorded live), so any chops i make in the vocal track audibly affect the sound of the guitar.

it's an electric guitar...i used the waves CLA guitar plug to get that warm tone.

Hey there this would have to be my favorite out of all the songs I heard here today. Easy to get such a great mix with such a sparse arrangement. It puts a lot of responsibility on the performance and I think you nailed it, every note is executed precisely. Enjoyed it, though it was really long and didn't change too much. If I wasn't multitasking I could see myself getting a wee bored but that's my scatterbrain talking.
