I need some mixing feedback

I just finished this song about a week ago and I need some mixing feedback. I did the complete mix in Fruity Loops, rather than Cool Edit. I'm not getting much useful feedback from Myspace, everyone says it sounds good, I know better. I'm just looking for some tips, feedback, whatever. I'm just starting to take the mixing part more serious. Up to now I've just been a beatmaker, and out sourcing the mixing.

Initial thought: snare drums a bit loud, but the verb sounds good on it.

The kick drum could do with coming up a bit (only a small amount, mind) to give it a bit of bouncing rhythm.

I really like that woman's vocal track in the background. Very nice. Is it a sample or did you make it?

Lyrics wise, I think its tight. Perhaps some more dynamics and syncopations could be used, some triplets and breaks over the straight rhythm of the track?

Then endings a bit sudden too, maybe play with that a bit.
