i have a $300 dollar check. I currently have only one piece of outboard equitment (alesis eq). Any recomendations????? I'll probably go tommarow, so help me out with things that you have and like. Links would be helpful. Thanks, J
Do you already have a recorder, mic pre or mixer, and compressor? You may want to get rid of the Alesis on e-bay and replace it with a better unit BTW.
Well, my alesis is just a graphic equalizer. It works okay, and ill probably keep it. I dont have a pre-amp, compressor or effects processor yet though. J
J, you might want to check out the Joe Meek VC6Qcs being "blown out"
at Guitar Center for about $200 if they're still available.

They may have that model or the prior VC6Q on e-bay too.
It's a mic pre/compressor/EQ channel strip also.
