I Don't know if this is the correct place but...

not too sure - i thought the name had to be trademarked - if it can actually be copyrighted, u would go the library of congress - just like you would for a song . . . which is why i thought names were trademarked - dif. office, dif. procedure, etc.

but thats my best guess (based on what i know) and what i know will never outweigh what i dont know!!!!
