How Would I Do This?

I recently rented a Metric Halo unit, and I really like the sound.
I plan on buying one sometime soon.
I have an Apogee Big Ben Word Clock, and I'd really like to connect it to the Metric Halo that I plan to buy, but how would I do this?

I looked at the back panel of both, and the wordclock I/O on the Metric Halo is different than the Big Ben, but both have AES I/O...would I use that?

Download the PDF manual for the Mertic Halo:

http://www.mhlabs.com/metric_halo/download/

Go to page page 55 and you'll find a discussion of the different ways to clock the Metric Halo. According to the manual, "there are five ways that you can clock Mobile I/O: 1. Internal 2. Digital (AES/SPDIF) 3. Optical 4. Wordclock 5.256X." If the Big Ben has a digital out (AES or SPDIF) or optical you should be OK. Just make the appropriate cable connections and the related changes in your software.

Very simple man.

AES from B.B's AESouts, into the Metric Halo's AES In's.
And if you ever get a converter, you connect it's AES out's to the BB'S AES in.
