How to use 2 soundcards in one computer?

I have two PCI soundcards. I use this two because I need 2 inputs for karaoke recording and voice recording. How may I use each mic of this soundcards as one output?
 
Just select the seperate inputs for each track in the software. and then make sure you have the right inputs selected in windows mixer.
 
I did that already

Still theres no sound? track/input/device and track/output/device
but theres still no sound? And when I look at it in the devices it shows that Im using 1in0out what does it mean cant I use my sound card?
