How to get a synth line like this?

How do you get a bass synth line like this:

It kicks in at 8-9 seconds
My ear sucks for picking out notes. It sound like an arpeggio or it might be jumping octaves. Anyone know what the pattern is (8ths, 16ths, etc...) or notes? Or how to create something like this?

That's the synth patch that's doing that rhythm. The LFO is what's making it sound like 1/16th notes. The musician is not playing 1/16th's.

In other words, if you just held down one note on that keyboard, or put a brick on it, it would sound like that. Most any analog synth can do that, I can get that on my Sequential Circuits Six-Trak.

But it needs to be programmed into the patch, the sound is not in the musician's playing.

That's definitely not an arpeggio, and I'm not sure what the notes are but I'm pretty sure it's all in the same octave. It's just one note repeating a bunch of times. I'm thinking it's 16th notes.
