You wont accomplish this in the strictest sense; the audio making it the computer wont be altered without being sent through a hardware processor before it meets your interface/soundcard. Cubase digitally manipulates the tracked audio, though source will remain the same - you can mix down and re-load the EQ'd take if you so choose.
You can apply the effects and monitor through Cubase and the effect will appear to be shaping the sound in real time, but of course you can just turn off the parametric EQs...that's the beauty of digital and plug-ins.
