How to add effects Cubase LE 4

Hi, folks.

Noob alert!!!

I am just beginning to produce music, and to conserve (my) time I am planning to share my problems with this community, which seems very knowledgeable.

But, to the issue at hand. Last night I recorded my very first tracks using LE 4, and my project now consists of the following: acoustic guitar * 2, vocal * 2, percussion * 2. Clicking around I found a slider to pan tracks a bit, so it is vaguely listenable.

Next, I guess I want to add some effect to the guitars, but have zero idea how to. Do I need some plugin or does Cubase LE 4 have reverb or whatnot in it? i think I have Helion something installed with the starter package, and am wondering if it is some sort of effects.

To those interested, I use the following startup gear: Intel Xeon 2*3,4GHz / 32 G / Win7 / Cubase LE 4 / Lexicon S42U / Audio Technica 2031

Thanks.

Yeah, it's apparently not that hard, after all.

Such a small problem gave me a good excuse to do an account here, and post a semi-introductory message on the board.

Most of my spare time today went to beat latency.
