How do you use Facebook Ads to advertise your music?

I tried Facebook Ads once and paid like $1 and it didn't get me many fans really. I think it could be the reason I didn't know how to use Facebook Ads properly at all and now i cant have my $1 back....

I was wondering if anyone here knows how to utilize fbk ads to its full potential - since it can reach a potential 500 million users

Ha - you don't get much for a buck nowadays. You need to be young, virile, sexy, good looking, apealing, auto-tuned, with a good Youtube Video. Then you need Usher to catch wind of you and decide to make you the next teen idol.
