I recently got a squire tele that plays nicely. I would like the bridge pickup to be a bit hotter though. Any recomendations for a good replacement.

Seymour Duncan Hot for Tele, which would not require any modification of the guitar, or a Seymour Duncan Tele Hot Rails, which also would not require any modification. They would also still sound like a Tele pickup, and since you bought a Tele, I am guessing that is what you want. The Invader would just sound like a Nu-Metal guitar.
The other possibility would be a Joe Barden Danny Gatton, and he makes great pickups (this would be my choice). The only problem is he is apparently seriously backordered right now. He may not even be in production right now, I just do not know. His pickups are, at any rate, particularly hard to find these days.

I'm running a Rio Grande "Muy Grande" set in my Tele' and I love their sound. The Muy Grande may be a bit too "hot". I guess that all depends on what your looking for.
