Hooking up Soundcard Unit???

I'm also wondering about how to hook up my soundcard to my mixer using a headphone amp. I run 2 Echo Layla24 Soundcards into my PC using Win XP and Cubase, a Behringer HA4600 Powerplay Pro Headphone Amp, which has 4 headphone slots, and my console is a Behringer MX3282A Eurodesk, which is 24 channels with and 8 auxs. Tips on where to hook up the soundcard on the mixer and if the headphone amp will mess things up would be greatly appreciated. Thanx--

For the record, I'm not reguarding the question to the accual instalation of the PCI in the computer, but rather the connection to the mixer console.
