When I use my mic on a dry channel in Cubase, everything is fine. But when I put certain plug-ins on Inser, the channel gets noisy with hissss. This noise isn't being recorded, it's just noise caused by the plug-ins.
The plug-ins which I noticed causing this problem are: the usual multi-band compresor comes with Cubase 5, the treble slider in the plug-in Waves CLA, and Rvox (which is another plug-in by Waves).
Any suggestion?
