Just wanted to introduce myself before beginning the burrowing into answers to my many questions...name's Tim, bass player and erstwhile recorder of the project here in Livermore, Ca...been around for MANY years, got a lot of gray going on, but keeping myself young through a fairly energetic style of music.
Recently picked up an Alesis Studio 24 board and a pair of Alesis ADATs for pretty much next to nothing, and am gung-ho on getting our sound into mp3 form...everything seems to be working correctly, and I have manuals for everything, but am having a problem that I will be bringing to the forum in the main area, not here in Newbies territory...pleasure to meet everybody, looking forward to gleaning supreme info here as to what needs to be done to make this work!
