The violin & piano near the beginning don't seem to be in the same space.
The electric sounds great.
Have you experimentally plugged it into a saturated tube amp at some time? It'd be interesting to hear the result.
The bass is well done - good tone. Is it a keyboard jobbie?

Yeah, the downhome sound on the violin fits the backing perfectly. Wistful. Winsome. Bass is heard without being too loud. Nice EQ across it all. I like the extra verb on the violin too. Yeah, I could listen to this one at Christmas and feel a sense of relief. If not peace. Good one.

A charming intro. The violin coming in at :20 is beautiful, as is the elec violin at 1:02. Lots of variety and contrast (2:14 and the Silent Night feel to the phrase following is a nice touch) in the arrangement after that. The outro starting at 4:08 made me think of the Beatles' White Album as did the intro, now that I think of it. Don't change a thing.
