Headphone Help.

I'm looking for some headphones to use in the studio as a reference and as a reference for troubleshooting/ monitoring at live performances. I need something with an accurate frequency response, decent isolation, and something reliable. I don't want to pay more than $150 but would pay up to $200 if I find something I like in that range.
Any suggestions ?

I'd say the most popular headphone around that price range would be the Sennheiser HD-280 Pros or the Audio Technica ATH-M50s. They are both at around the 100-150 price range. The HD-280 Pros have better cushioning for little headphone bleed, but the ATH-M50's I think have a little better frequency response.
