Moving to a portable set up. Sweetwater has a custom laptop for recording. Have you heard of it? Theres also musicalcomputers.com . Anyone heard anything about buying a pre configured set-up like one of these? I would like to run notation softward preferably Sibelius3 using a small MIDI kb while at work (sedentary night job) and when I get home plug into my full size KB and record the sequenced compositions into Protools (installed on the same laptop) or something like that.
