Have soundcard and preamp, how do I connect them?!

I have an audiophile 2496 sound card, installed, and an audiobuddy preamp.

Now, how do I connect them? The Audiobuddy has xlr outs and 1/4line outs I think.

And the ins of the soundcard are female rca. Do I need an adapter or what? How does all this work?
 
Yeah, just get TS -> RCA cables and take the line outs from the audiobuddy into the inputs of the audiophile.
You should be able to get those cables at any deent electronics/music store
