Has anyone tried the drop DEAD tuning?

I believe it goes something like this:

Step 1. Buy a grappling hook.
Step 2. Attach a 1" (or larger) steel cable to the hook.
Step 3. Using laser interferometry, determine the height of the overhead 880VAC transmission line to the nearest foot.
Step 4. Cut the steel cable to that length plus a few inches.
Step 5. Attach the end of the cable opposite the hook to the bridge ground wire.
Step 6. Float the ground on your guitar amplifier. Note: This step is CRITICAL.
Step 7. Place the guitar face up below the overhead transmission line.
Step 8. In a single hurling motion, propel the grappling hook so that it hooks onto the transmission line. Do not under any circumstances attempt to hook it using any sort of tools unless you have a pole specifically designed for hooking up high voltage wires. Materials like wood can become conductive at those voltages. :)
Step 9. Assuming the power grid breaker hasn't kicked off by now, it's time for "drop dead tuning". Literally....

:D :D :D

But seriously, no. Haven't tried it. Took a couple of minutes of web searching to even find out what the heck it was....
