Half a decade, first mp3 posting

Hey all! I've been a lurker and occassional contributer for years. Finally have decided to post something. I've never had my stuff on the web before, but I wrote a story for the newspaper I work for on the rise in high-tech musical tools. So I posted a song I did. See what you guys think!

It's a bit quiet - might need some mastering compression.
The recording seems good - you've captured the drums well.
In terms of the song the chorus is a bit weak compared to the verse partially because the vocal appear to be a little stretched for power and commitment.
Good work nonethless with the recording - bass & guitars work well as do the harmony vocals.

Thanks for the thoughts - those are all good points. I appreciate your feedback.

Yeah, I'm no vocalist and I was at the top of my range in the chorus, particularly after the modulation.

I didn't squash it as much as I could have, so I'll think about that, too.
