Grounding issue

Let me say up front that I've been searching for relevant information till my eyes have glazed over. any input will be much appreciated. The issue is white noise coming from a 2488 Tascam neo. I get the white noise from two condenser mics when phantom power is on and I also get it to a keyboard and when switching modes on the keyboard from say grand piano to electric piano there's a substantial loss of volume. the keyboard works fine trough an amp or through headphones. It also works fine using the guitar plug in of the front of the tascam. problem is with 1/4" jack in puts in the back, have tried them all with same results. replaced jack chord to keyboard, same results. Been reading about ground shielding, groundloops etc. What have I missed. I've been using the Tascam for a couple of years and this problem has developed in the last few weeks.

Many thanks to all.

A grounding issue won't give you white noise (hiss), it'll give you a 'hum' sound at 60Hz (or its multiples).
