New to this forum, great info here. I'm finishing up a small bedroom studio, running Sonar 7PE, D-man 44, Mackie Mixer, 2 Grendel DeadRoom Iso cabs, Marshall and Mesa amps, yamaha synth, tons of drum samples/loops. Mics are SM57 and CAD179. I'm planning on buying a decent preamp/comp and additional mics soon. Primarily doing songwriting and demo work. I'm out in the Chicagoland area.
