I think the lead vocal could be just slightly louder. It also sounds heavily compressed to me. I would prefer a little more dynamic range for a gospel song. The less processing, the better for this style, IMO (just a splash of a big reverb and very minimal compression to control peaks). There are a couple of pitchy spots, such as, "at the end of your rope, but in God you have hope." Otherwise, I like the vocal performance and recording.

I really don't like the keyboard part that is competing with the vocal. It just doesn't fit this tune, to my ears. Maybe a different synth sound, pushed further back in the mix would add texture, but this one is just distracting.

Much thanks for your time and your suggestions, I will go, as they say, "back to the drawing board" and fine tune the recording and keyboard part.

btw, that's me singing, and I'm not a singer at all!!! lol
