I'm getting a used one for 150 bucks probably, thinking about changing out the speaker. Maybe something from Jensen? Anyone have any first hand experience?
 
The AC4TV has a 10" celestion 16 ohm speaker. I did a quick e-bay check and these are going for around $100. This is a nice speaker and I'm curious why you want to replace it, unless it is damaged.

If it's damaged, it's gonna be hard to get anything similar for under $100. Your best bet is to watch e-bay, craigs list etc for 10" speaker, 16 ohm, 5watt RMS minimum power handling.
